Master Upholsterer Eliseo Manzanilla has spent 40 years building interiors — starting with marine upholstery on speed boats and aircraft upholstery work, long before opening a shop. The family business began as Lynwood Customs in Lynwood, CA, later building show cars for the DUB circuit, then continuing as Boulevard Auto Upholstery in Bell Gardens — where the work grew to include exotic builds for Ferrari, Lamborghini, Bentley, Maybach, and Land Rover/Range Rover, with vehicles shown at the LA Auto Show and SEMA in Las Vegas. From there, a multi-year collaboration with a classic European restoration house in Palm Springs added Jaguar, Mercedes-Benz, Aston Martin, and Porsche to the résumé. That trajectory — from speed boats and hangars to exotic show cars to classic European restoration — is what opened as EM Upholstery Technology in San Bernardino, and later gave rise to LeatherTeck, our dedicated leather specialty brand.
